- RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE ONLY - no refunds will be given.
- NO RETURNS OF HATS, JEWELRY, PURSES, INTIMATE WEAR WILL BE ACCEPTED
- It’s within 10 days of receipt of merchandise per the confirmed delivery date shown on your order tracking information
- You have received a Return Authorization prior to shipping back (call us at: 888.264.4950, or email at: WildfireMercantile@gmail.com.
- The product is in original condition, with tags, unworn, unwashed and not damaged, odor free. Items that appear worn, have stains or odors, pet hairs, smoke, deodorant will not be accepted.
- We do not pay for return shipping - returns are at the customers expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued for the item only, less any original shipping costs.
- Regular priced items may be returned or exchanged for full credit within 10 days of receipt. Sale priced items are non-returnable and are FINAL sales-please contact us with any questions prior to purchase to ensure the item is right for you.
- Custom/Special Orders are non-refundable
- Please note that you are allowed one exchange 1 time per item.
- Return/exchange items must be received by us within 7 business days of authorization - please write the Return Authorization code provided on the packing slip/receipt and include in the return package...once your order is placed it cannot be canceled.
- International Orders are non-refundable
- We cannot ship to P O Boxes

If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance - we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Item must be received in an undamaged box, items damaged during shipping will not be accepted or eligible for return.
Allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. If accepted, your return credit code will be sent to you via email. Should your return not be accepted, you are responsible for shipping costs to have the items sent back to you.
Return credits do not expire.
NOTE: the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit amount.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays with shipping, products that are lost or damaged in the mail. If there is a problem with the delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages where the tracking information states the package was delivered.
Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect or undeliverable address.
DEFECTS / PROBLEMS
If you have received an item with defects or other issues, you must contact us with 3 days of receiving the item to advise of the problem Please include a photo and brief description of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
Exact colors and patterns of merchandise do not qualify as a defect - this may vary due to lighting, computer monitor resolutions, etc.
Please email us at email@example.com, subject line DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. Include your name, order # and product name. You will receive a response within 24-72 hours.
